Bakery
The bakery at Open Harvest bakes fresh bread right in the store, seven days a week. A variety of baked goods-breads, muffins, cookies, bars, cakes and desserts-are all made from scratch, using organic ingredients as much as possible. Our customers have a wide range of nutritional interests and issues, so we strive to make a wide range of items available. We make items with and without whole grain flours, unrefined sugars, eggs, dairy products and gluten: we try to have something for everyone. But we insist on having everything taste good- we love good food too much!

At the OH Bakery we take pride in making all of our baked goods from scratch, using organic ingredients whenever possible. Our plain Rice Bread is available fresh every Wednesday and Saturday afternoon after 3:00pm. We also strive to keep a supply of our plain and flavored rice breads in our freezer section.
We bake Gluten-Free Muffins on Saturday and will add it to Wednesday's production if there is a demand for it. We regularly bake Chocolate Fudge Rice Brownies, and they are the dense, fudgy kind. We also have Coconut Macaroons-plain and with chocolate chips. A new addition is our Bumble Babies, a peanut butter-honey confection with lots of seed and nuts.
We accept special orders of all of our products--please give us one week's notice! (We're small and need time to adjust our production schedule.)
