Cooking Instructors Wanted

Open Harvest is planning seasonal cooking classes starting in the Spring of 2008 utilizing fresh produce From Garden to Table as well as economical foods from our bulk department, our mission of our USDA Community Food Project grant. We are seeking cooking instructors from a variety of backgrounds to share their recipes and skills.

The Spring Cooking Class Series runs April through June. The application deadline for instructors is February 15, 2008. The classes will focus on food preparation using Open Harvest bulk food items (flours, grains, beans, nuts etc.) and/or fresh produce. All foods should be natural with no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
