Stressed? Out of balance? Crazy busy? For decades many have found relief--and transformed perspective--with Bach Flower Remedies. This fun, hands-on class will explore the history and uses of these gentle remedies. Made from the flowering parts of plants, these gifts of nature have been proven effective for children, adults, and animals. We'll explore Dr. Edward Bach's 12 traditional healers, then each student will concoct a custom remedy for themselves, or another. Flower remedies make great gifts! Class cost includes instruction, handout on core Bach essences, one-on-one consultation with the instructor, and a 1 ounce custom remedy in a dropper bottle with 3 to 5 essences.
