Open Harvest Newsletter Policy

Newsletters are distributed monthly.

They are distributed electronically to members, and paper copies of the most recent newsletter are available at the customer service desk

Newsletter deadline is one month before distribution.

Articles, announcements, and sales notices up to 500 words in length may be submitted. If you would like to submit a longer article, you can make a request to the editor. Notice of intent to submit an article and approximate length must be made to the editor 2 weeks before deadline. Submitter will be recognized as the author.

The editor may edit or delete articles if needed due to space limitations or content unrelated to Open Harvest's mission. The editor will make every effort to notify the submitter if edits need to be made only if the article is submitted before the deadline. Late items cannot be guaranteed space.

As the newsletter format is updated, this policy is subject to change.
